Your information.

Early-access requests

We collect the name, email, use case, experience, and optional phone number and project description you submit. We store these on our server to manage the early-access list and contact you about Steve. Submitting the form does not create a Studio account or start a subscription.

We record your permission to contact you and a broad traffic source, such as Reddit or direct. Contact details are not published, sold, or sent to an advertising service. You can ask for correction or removal by replying to our early-access outreach. Please avoid including sensitive information in your project description.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, we record public page visits, link clicks, onboarding steps, video plays, expanded sections, whether you reached halfway down a page, and error occurrences. A random session identifier connects events in the current browser tab. We store a broad source category, not the full referring URL or query string.

Analytics never includes your form answers, contact details, keystrokes, or error message contents. With your permission, the same limited event data is sent to PostHog US Cloud for journey and funnel analysis. It is linked by a random browser-tab identifier, not your name or email. We do not record sessions or track the private Studio. Local analytics events are kept for 90 days; PostHog retention is managed separately in the project settings. Your preference is saved in your browser; you can change it with Analytics preferences below. A Do Not Track setting disables analytics.

Operational records

The server records technical failures to help keep signup working. Successful form submissions are saved even when you decline analytics. We retain early-access requests while managing the beta and remove requests when they are no longer needed.
